About Me
I am a mama of four, parenting mentor, and educator specializing in the emotional well-being of women & birthing persons from pre-conception through motherhood. I weave mindfulness, archetypal wisdom, the rite of passage from maiden to mother, seasonal & menstrual cycle tracking, practical knowledge, extensive personal & professional knowledge about neurodivergence, years of experience as a yoga and meditation practitioner, and reiki together in support of families as a postpartum doula, longer-term coach, and a teacher of birthing persons and baby classes.
My vision is to raise awareness about the importance of village support that dismantles racism, colonialism, & patriarchy.
I live on unceded N’dakina (Abenaki) land (currently called Vermont). I am available for in-person local and virtual support.
