A virtual evening of meditation, conversation, relaxation, and distance reiki

Wednesday June 15, 2022 7:30-9:00 & Tuesday July 12, 2022 7:30-8:15

• This event is for moms or parents that identify as women.

• Meditation experience is not required. Beginners are encouraged to attend. The meditation will be guided and very relaxing.

• The evening will also include:

• An overview of how mature feminine archetypes can be helpful in motherhood

• Easy to use tools for nervous system regulation.

• The fee is $22-$44, pay what you can.

• 50% of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Moms Demand Action, a grassroots movement fighting for public safety measures that protect people against gun violence.

• Included in the registration will be an opportunity to enter a random drawing for a 30 minute 1:1 session. This virtual session can be parent mentoring, a relaxing mediation and reiki session or postpartum doula support. Two names will be chosen for for 1:1 sessions.

• 7/12 will be a follow up session, with a shorter

meditation and Q&A.
